DEPARTURES
20 minutes before arriving at the airport you must call your driver to advise him that you are nearing the airport. A contact telephone number is provided with all booking details, on confirmation of a booking by email.
North Terminal: LOWER LEVEL
On approach to the North Terminal, follow the signs for ‘Passenger Drop-off’, remain on the lower level.
Follow either lane, keep the multi-storey car park entrance to your left and the Sofitel hotel to your right.
Proceed to the far end where an ACE representative will meet you.(wearing a black jacket/shirt with company logo) will collect your vehicle.
South Terminal: LOWER LEVEL
On approach to the South Terminal follow the signs for "Passenger Drop-off", remain on the lower level.
Proceed to the end of the tunnel, crossing 2 sets of traffic lights, park up on the right hand side where an ACE representative will meet you. (wearing a black jacket/shirt with company logo) who will collect your vehicle.
ARRIVALS
Once you have collected all of your baggage i.e. suitcase, skis, buggies, etc, please call ACE Parking on 07818 062 875. ACE Parking will require a maximum of 20 minutes notice to return your car to the pickup point.
