RS09 Ltd are a family run business and provide a quality meet and greet service from all terminals at Gatwick Airport. They provide value for money and a professional reliable service. Staff have years of experience and ensure customers are able to travel hassle-free and not worry about parking, in the knowledge that their vehicle is in safe hands.

RS09's car park is located 4 miles away from Gatwick airport and has high security for the safety of your car. The carpark has a perimeter fence and CCTV in operation. It is well lit and manned 24/7. The meet and greet company accept large vehicles such as transit vans, but do not accept vehicles with trailers.

If you arrived back beyond the stated date and time, you may be liable to a daily £10 supplementary charge unless you notify RS09 prior to this time. Also failure to advise of any alterations to your booking within 24 hours of arrival may incur an additional charge. These charges are at the discretion of the meet and greet company and are payable to the driver.

Directions

Arrivals procedure: When you are 20 minutes from the airport at Gatwick please call RS09 Meet and Greet to confirm your arrival time, and get directions of where to meet your driver. A contact telephone number is sent to you in an email, along with a booking voucher, once a booking is placed. When you arrive at the airport terminal you will be met by a driver (who will have an ID badge). He/She will check your car, check all the details of your return journey, and take a photo of your vehicle. Once you have signed the paperwork and handed over your keys, your car will be driven to the secure car park where it will remain until your return to Gatwick Airport.

When you call RS09 they will inform you of exactly where to go at the terminal due to ongoing works and changes at Gatwick airport.

Furthermore the speed of the car return exceeded expectation. It was there waiting for us by the time we reached the meet point.
