As this is a meet and greet service, you need to travel to the terminal building at John Lennon International Airport. 15 minutes before your arrive, you will need to call to advise that you are close to the airport. This is to ensure no waiting time for either party. The driver's telephone number will be sent to you in the booking voucher email and SMS confirmation, once a booking is placed.

On your return you will need to ring this number, once you have collected your baggage and passed through customs.
