Stansted Airport Parking

Alpha Meet and Greet Park provides a professional and hassle free meet and greet service at Stansted Airport. Start your journey on the right note, with fully qualified and trained staff.

A chauffeur will meet you at your departure terminal at Stansted airport. After a quick vehicle inspection, you car will be transported to the nearby carpark. This is located minutes away and has security features in place to protect your car while you are away. Manned 24 hours a day, security patrols are carried out at intermittent times throughout the day and night.

CCTV and good lighting are also in place. The car park compound is enclosed on all sides with a perimeter fence and barrier entry gate.

If you book any amendments must be done at least 24 hours in advance of the quoted arrival time. Also if you are running early or late on the day you are flying from Stansted, please ring the number provided to ensure a chauffeur is aware of this and you will not be delayed at the airport terminal. The contact telephone is included in the booking voucher that is emailed to you once a booking is placed.

Procedure when arriving at the airport:

As you exit the motorway please call the lo-rate telephone number to announce your intended arrival and your personal chauffeur will provide exact instructions on where to park. The lo-rate number is sent to you in a booking voucher email, once a booking is placed.

If your chauffeur is dealing with other customers he/she may not be able to take your call immediately but he will know you are on the line and your call will be answered as soon as possible.

Your chauffeur will inspect your vehicle for pre-existing damage and also ensure your travel details are correct. After signing to confirm these details you’ll receive a copy for your records and are then free to walk directly into Stansted terminal to continue your journey.

Please feel free to ask your chauffeur anything you’re unsure of. If he/she can’t answer immediately he will ensure your questions or concerns are addressed at the earliest opportunity.

For your safety and convenience every chauffeur carries personal identification and details of insurance which are available for inspection should you require.

Procedure on your return

On your return to Stansted you’ll receive a ‘Welcome Home’ text message from the carpark as soon as you switch your phone on. After collecting ALL your luggage AND clearing Customs, please call the carpark to announce your arrival. The number will be provided on your booking confirmation voucher email, once a booking is placed.

After you pass through Customs turn right and exit the terminal building through the door opposite the Zone D check in sign. Walk down the ramp back to the RED CAR PARK where your chauffeur will be waiting with your car and your prepaid ticket which is required to exit the car park.

N.B: Your prepaid ticket expires 30 minutes after we receive your arrival phone call. You may be liable for any additional parking charges should you not retrieve your vehicle within this period.

Once you’ve confirmed ownership and signed for your vehicle you’re free to exit the car park and airport complex with the minimum of fuss and delay.
