Directions

Terminal 1: Drive up ramp to departures in the left lane, follow road round to left down on to the lower section, the chauffeur will meet you in this area.
Terminal 2: Drive to furthest lane away from the departure building
Terminal 3: Drive to second or third lane outside the departure building
Terminal 4: Drive to the furthest lane outside the departure building
Terminal 5: Drive towards the pick up and departure point, as you go up the ramp, you will see a sign for Short stay Car Park. Follow the signs for Short Stay Car park, (This is Level 4 of the Terminal Car Park) but keep in the left hand side lane marked "Fast track Business Parking". Drive to the Barrier and take a ticket, and then proceed to area Zone L-M, where you will be met by our staff. There is no additional Charge to the customer for entering the Car park.

The chauffeur will be waiting at your requested terminal, a receipt confirming the mileage and condition of your car will be given. They will give you the return details for collection of your car. Your vehicle is then parked in their secured compound. **If your arrival time changes on the day of arrival please notify us on the number on your confirmation9 or the number on your confirmation6 or the number on your confirmation**

Return procedure: Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. You will be asked to remain in the terminal building,(so you do not have to wait in wet or cold conditions) once the chauffeur arrives back at the departures lane, he will call you to come and collect your car, and assist you with your luggage.
