RS09 Gatwick meet and greetRS09 Ltd are a family run business and provide a quality meet and greet service from all terminals at Gatwick Airport. They provide value for money and a professional reliable service. Staff have years of experience and ensure customers are able to travel hassle free and not worry about parking and to know their vehicle is in safe hands.

RS09's car park is located 4 miles away from Gatwick airport and has high security for the safety of your car. The carpark has a perimeter fence and CCTV in operation. It is well lit and manned 24/7. The meet and greet company accept large vehicles such as transit vans, but do not accept vehicles with trailers.

If you arrived back beyond the stated date and time, you may be liable to a daily £10 supplement charge unless you notify RS09 prior to this time. Also failure to advise of any alterations to your booking within 24 hours of arrival may incur an additional charge. These charges are at the discretion of the meet and greet company and are payable to the driver.

Directions

Arrivals procedure: When you are 20 minutes from the airport at Gatwick please call RS09 Meet and Greet to confirm your arrival time, and get directions of where to meet your driver. A contact telephone is sent to you in an email, along with a booking voucher, once a booking is placed. Once you arrive at the airport terminal you will be met by a driver ( who will have an i.d badge). He/She will check your car in, check all the details of your return journey and take a photo of your vehicle. Once you have signed the paper work and handed over your keys, your car will be driven to the secure car park where it will remain till your return to Gatwick Airport.

There are two different procedures depending on the terminal you are leaving from.

North Terminal: LOWER LEVEL
On approach to the North Terminal there are 3 lanes-take the middle lane sign posted “arrivals” at car rentals (Lower Level). Keep in the lane CARS ONLY. DO NOT GO TO THE UPPER LEVEL

You will be met outside the car rentals building. Look out for our RS09 representative wearing a Black trousers White Shirts with a RS09 name badge, who will collect your vehicle.

South Terminal: LOWER LEVEL
On approach to the South Terminal follow the signs for ARRIVALS and stay in the middle lane. Stay on the LOWER LEVEL DO NOT GO TO THE UPPER LEVEL. Proceed through the tunnel and go through the traffic lights and park immediately on the right hand side where an RS09 Parking representative wearing a Black trousers White Shirts with a RS09 name badge will be waiting to collect your car.

Return procedure: On returning to Gatwick, once you have collected all your baggage please phone the same number you used when you arrived at the airport and a driver will get your car back to you in less than 20 minutes.
